Great service, friendly on arrival until leaving from all the team. The dentist Alison Ross was great, knew exactly what needed doing and identified dental treatment that was required that’s hadn’t been mentioned before. Provided a detailed examination and explanation of when and how the treatment would be carried out. Gave a breakdown of costs and gave me confidence that care will be provided professional and to a high standard. Looking forward to going back and getting all the required repairs and treatment carried out Thanks
Had appointment for a difficult filling yesterday and Alison was amazing! Great patient care, made me so at ease explaining everything she was about to do then made sure I understood everything for my aftercare! 10 out of 10!
Booked an appointment 3 months in advance for 2 of my children took 2 hours unpaid leave to attend appointment. Turned up at 0830 for appointment but was told dentist was ill no alternative plan in place 1 of my sons had tooth ache no appointment offered. I explained I lost 2 hours wage at £22 per hours and cost of fuel totally unacceptable especially in todays cost of living crisis. Nobody in their right mind thinks it’s acceptable for me to be down £50 nothing offered not even the next availabl…

I have problems with my jaw as it is and she pushed so hard now my jaw is sore to touch, where my filling is my gum is red and noticed there is a small crack but apparently that’s my fault. Definitely thinking of changing dentist as I had anxiety about dentist but now after that appointment it has gotten worse. I even go…
