Mydentist

I am not a patient. My Mum is. She is also visually impaired and I called the practice on her behalf. My mum is registered at the practice but her allocated dentist left, and for some reason she has not been added to another dentists list. When she calls for an appointment, as she did on Friday 23rd, she was again told 'your dentist has left'. I'm not sure what steps my mum is supposed to take here? Anyway, the plot thickens. My mum has osteoporosis which can affect teeth very badly, she broke one which was causing her pain and distress and at my urging called to see if anyone could help…

From the moment I walked into the practice and was greeted by Shaunna the receptionist I was put at ease, such a warm welcome. I also had the pleasure of seeing Faye today, I’m an extremely nervous patient and was immediately put at ease. Definitely felt more comfortable with her and was super pleased with the treatment. 100% recommend this practice and there clinicians.

I have been a patient of this dentist for many years and firstly I must say how I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The service from the dentist and his assistant is second to none. I recently needed a filling. The first one I’ve ever had and I was pretty nervous about it. However I didn’t need to be. Everything was 10/10 and the experience was quick and painless. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolute best care and service, a fantastic team from the moment you walk in your are greeted by Shaunna at reception, made feel like part of the family. The dentists are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain all course of treatment. The best care I have received so far, would strongly recommend.
