Really happy with my new dentist Simone, made my appointment completely pain free and knew what it was I needed. Made a future treatment plan which I’m also happy with knowing who and what I need to get. Left happy and no complaints!
Simone has recently added a crown and filling after I damaged my teeth and afterwards a clean. All were done in a professional and good manner. He saved me loosing a tooth. Very happy with the service of this particular dentist. Thank you
Simone was very positive greeting me with a handshake and a lovely smile. He done an excellent job putting my composite filling in. He told me to raise my hand if I felt any discomfort and made sure that the anesthetic was sufficient enough so I was comfortable. He also had a chat with me about future work that I could have done cheaply through the nhs and also offered a solution to me for my bad habit of grinding my teeth while I sleep. Overall extremely happy to have him as my dentist.
Simone was superb today with our toddler…who was being a wee bit tricky. He really worked hard to get her to engage and eventually got her to fully open her mouth and did a full examination. At no point did I feel rushed or that he was getting frustrated (something it could have been very easy to get with a tricky 3 years ago old) Took what could have been an unpleasant situation and made it a real breeze.
