I have come here for over 3 years as have a number of my family members. They have taken an excessive amount of money from us over the years. After getting my stainless steel permanent retainer fitted which was supposed to last over 5 years, it had broke a month from getting them. I needed to have a crown recemented, and it was not replaced properly. The crown was then ground down to the tooth and I am still unable to put my teeth together properly. I will need to have it removed and replaced. The clinic charged me for this and the dentist just commented that the crown was symmetrical and so difficult to determine the correct position. Perhaps placing the crown back on the tooth before cementing and then asking me to close my mouth to ensure a proper fit would have been sensible.
