Everything was smooth from booking to the procedure. Booked straight away for emergency appointment. Reception were all polite and friendly. Dr Elliot was amazing. Listened to patient well, assessed and gave me all options. Treatment given promptly. Treatment prices were also reasonable. Can’t fault anything. Amazing dental practice.
Was sent here rather than my regular dentist for an emergency appointment. The ladies on reception were helpful and polite. The dentist I saw was thorough and explained everything she was doing and didn't take long to find the problem. A smooth appointment with treatment recommended and pain relief sorted for the meantime.
I came to YDP a few weeks ago in a lot of discomfort and pain. I explained I was extremely nervous and hadn't been to a dentist for a long time. The receptionists booked me with Kirill, who they thought would be a good match. For the receptionists, all extremely friendly, accommodating and informative. Kirill has listened to my problems and always suggests a plan based on my experience, and is very considerate and encouraging. The various nurses and assistants I've had have all been so helpful, polite and patient (certainly in my nervous cases). I cannot speak highly enough of all of them.…
I had a really positive experience at this dentist. The team were so understanding and completely non-judgemental about my teeth not being in the best condition. I also suffer with a split personality disorder and they listened to me, supported me, and were really patient in case I switched during the appointment. They treated me with real kindness and respect and it meant a lot. They also gave me antibiotics and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.
