Extremely happy with treatment received. My dentist (Miriam) listened well to any queries I had and she took her time and answered in detail my questions. The dentist and dental nurse while treating you are both gentle and understanding. Thank you both, always a worry visiting a dentist. The reception staff are super helpful too. I would highly recommend this surgery to family and friends.
I have not had great dental experiences in the past but The Link are AMAZING. From the moment you walk in the door, you are made to feel welcome. The dentist is calm, patient and reassuring. I don’t dread coming to the dentist now! Thank you.
I’ve just had my first tooth out, I was a bit worried as I didn’t know what to expect. But honestly it was fantastic. Didn’t feel a thing and it was such a quick and easy procedure. All the staff were really informative and put me at ease. I even got to keep the tooth!
The dentists themselves are excellent. Along with the assistants. Receptionists weren’t great. Had unprofessional conversations and commented on patients after they’d left in front of other patients, along with making comments about certain groups that could be taken as offensive. Doesn’t create a great atmosphere, which is a shame because the dentist service itself is amazing.
