Super service, highly recommended all consultants dedicated to putting client first.

My son got referred from another orthodontist as it was stopping NHS appointments. At first we went to Billingham but got moved over to Yarm when it opened there which is easier for appointments as that’s where we live. The whole transfer was issue free. The staff and service at both sites is fantastic and both are also really clean and tidy sites. Nothing is ever too much for them. Fab service from day 1 and hope to have my other kids there if they need to have braces too.

My autistic son has recently had braces fitted at Queensway Yarm. All the staff have been incredibly patient and understanding of his needs. The waiting room is always quiet and calm and you are never left waiting very long. 10/10 from us!

My daughter lily has been going for the past two years she is comfortable with all staff. The staff are very friendly and professional.
