Very professional and efficient service. This was my first ever visit and I will definitely be returning. Abbie and Tia on reception made me feel welcome and ably assisted me in completing the joining process. I was here to see Claire Melvin for a scale and polish and she was excellent, thoughtful and knowledgeable. All clinical dental care excellent. Reception area has been re designed and pictures removed from walls. All surfaces inc floor are hard and this makes it a very poor acoustic area for anyone with hearing problems. I work professionally with hearing loss patients and I can see that the re designed has taken NO ACCOUNT of any auditory or hearing difficulty. It is also taxing for reception staff working in that area all day when the majority of their work is speaking to patients. The area needs some soft sound absorbent walls, floors or furniture to improve this.

Had an emergency appointment on Sunday. I’ve been in a lot of pain and Dr. Bennett and Manon were incredibly kind and reduced my pain significantly. They were empathetic and professional. Thank you so very much!
