Avoid at all costs. I had been looking for a dental practice taking NHS patients for a while since moving to the area so I registered with this practice and booked an appointment. What I didn't realise is how poorly they treat patients here, I was absolutely shocked. I left in pain and feeling like a 3rd class citizen. The reception team were rude and barely offered eye contact, the dentist didn't read my health form and wasn't interested in any details of my ongoing dental issues. I can't afford private dental care but he kept trying to convince me to pay for treatment like x-rays and h…
This practice is fab for my 7 year old daughter, the dentist has been consistent and is always informative and good with kids. For me however...... Ive had 6 short notice cancellations in row. My crown still causes inflammation and was fitted too high which eventually split the tooth above it. They filled it, but that tooth's now unbearably sensitive yet I'm …
Went here today after years of poor health and my oral health taking a backseat. Was terrified to be honest but the staff were so caring, compassionate and made me feel like I was worth something instead of the picture I had painted of myself in my head. I have already recommended this dentist to my nearest and dearest and would also like to highly recommend them via Google.
