Worthing Dental Care

The NHS dentist is professional, thorough, explains options with consideration, and puts you at ease. I saw the hygienist today, and she is lovely, again puts you at ease, and is attentive to any fears or pain you have, whilst providing brilliant care. The receptionists are really helpful, I have had no problems with booking appointments, and being seen on time. In fact, at my first appointment I was seen early.

I moved to this surgery in may of last year as I’d been on the hunt for years for an nhs dentist in the area despite telling them I haven’t been to a dentist in probably 5 years my appointment was cancelled rebooked and cancelled about 3 times I didn’t end up getting seen until OCTOBER! The actual appointment was excellent the dentist was lovely and short wait times hence the extra star. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We moved to this practice as they were offering nhs patients. We signed up in February 2025 myself and two of my children had an initial consultation in March but my husband and other son have had their initial consultation moved 4 timed and are yet to have it. Then in July my 4 year old unfortunately cracked his back molar in half. We waited 2 weeks for an emergency appointment, then the dentist tried to put in an adult size x Ray card into his mouth causing distress and gagging.... my child is very good with tolerating pain so that says alot. First appointment was fine, second time they left me in the waiting room for an entire hour and they had students in the room observing without asking if this was ok. They made me a mouth guard, but as I live 45 mins away I asked if they can post it if I pay and they said no I had to come back within a week and as such I never got it. Phones are either not answered, or just turned off at times. Impossible to make an appointment if you’re not close enough to turn up in person to do so.
