Marine Parade Dental Practice

Myself and my husband have just completed another Hygienist and check up with some dental work needed. We had Andy as the Hygienist and Tham the Dental Surgeon who were both very attentive, informative and caring. We have used this practice for over 20 years and have never thought about leaving. The service is of a very high quality and if you are a nervous patient, they expertly put you at ease. I had a problem with a tooth, which meant I had to return from a holiday in France only a few hours after starting it! Grace at Worthing was exceptional, despite my dentist also being on holiday, she found a local dentist who could see me quickly and within 2 hours of asking for help from her, the tooth was extracted. This quick action allowed me to carry on with my holiday later that day. She then followed up with a call that afternoon to see if I was OK and a few days later she checked with me again to see if I was getting better. She was so calm and resolution focused. Jill at reception is really lovely and accommodating, her friendly smile definitely helped with my fear of the dentist! I had a hygienist appointment which started a little late but Dr Rupp who I hadn’t met before, was very calm and soothing. Farnood has been my dentist for over 20 years. He is a brilliant practitioner and has always been kind and helpful. I have recently had my top teeth removed and a denture fitted. I was very nervous but the whole experience was completely fine, nothing to worry about and the result is fantastic.
