I had a really great experience at Brighton Implant Clinic in Worthing. Dr. Dimitri was absolutely amazing from the first appointment. He is very professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, he makes you feel calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. I had an appointment with a new hygienist today, Dmitiri. His attention to detail was impressive — impressive in how quickly he noticed and criticised my insecurities. I explained that I was already fully aware of them and just wished that he stop pointing them out. There was little care or empathy, and no confidence-boosting at all. He asked several times whether I’d had orthodontic work, even after I explained that I had, years ago.
