He is very professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, he makes you feel calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. I had an appointment with a new hygienist today, Dmitiri. His attention to detail was impressive — impressive in how quickly he noticed and criticised my insecurities. I explained that I was already fully aware of them and just wished that he stop pointing them out. There was little care or empathy, and no confidence-boosting at all.
