Nook Street Dental Practice

I have just had an appointment this morning, with Fiona and just wanted to say what a pleasure it is coming into a Dental Practice, so warm and welcoming. Everyone is so helpful and nothing is a bother. I also usually see CJ for dental check ups and he is just the best! A special shout out to Tristian & Annerly who were on Reception, I could have stayed and chatted to them all day, they give brilliant customer service and I don't think people acknowledge great customer service these days, so just wanted to send a little email to say a BIG thank you.

Just had dentures fitted and work done on my teeth over the last year and half, sophie and amy were really calm and brilliant at every appointment, explaining what was going to happen and making sure i was ok, before, during and after the work. The practice, i find, are full of nice people who are all willing to help.

We had a really positive experience at the dentist. My children needed some treatment, and both Miss Stables and the dental nurse (sorry I didn’t catch your name) were fantastic throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put the kids at ease. The whole process felt calm and reassuring, and my children left feeling much more confident about visiting the dentist. I’m very grateful for the care and kindness shown – highly recommend!

I have just a had a tooth filled by Mr C Joshi and his assistant. It was a good experience, Mr C Joshi was exceptional at continually putting me at ease throughout the procedure
