Excellent customer service and treatment. Two of my children received treatment at Trinity Gate and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service to others parents and carers. Alison is always welcoming, friendly, organised and efficient. Chris is always friendly, professional and explains clearly what the plan is. The results for my children have been first class.

My daughter has been an NHS patient at Trinity Gate Orthodontics for the past three years. I cannot recommend Chris Elt and his team highly enough. He is very friendly and always put her at her ease and explained each step of treatment to her before carrying it out. His attention to detail is outstanding and he has shown excellent professionalism during my daughter’s treatment and follow up. Alison, the receptionist, has always gone out of her way to find appointments that fit around college and other commitments. A faultless practice all round!

Ok orthodontist care, one of the people were hostile and rude, the retainer isn't that great didn't let time for gums to flame down and the back is raised so when I close my mouth completely the front lift up which makes it uncomfortable but they got half the job done I just need to spend about £100 to do the other half. if you can go somewhere else do.
