Took my mum (elderly lady with dementia) to have a tooth removed today. She has previously fallen and broke jaw and teeth took a bashing. Staff at this fab dental practice took a look post accident and said they need to remove tooth but wanted to wait till her jaw had healed. We went today and they were so lovely to her and so very gentle. It was a professional caring experience from start to finish - receptionists, dental nurses and dentists all fantastic - my mum had a caring pain free experience.
I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Ali on two separate occasions. Dr Ali (and his dental nurse) were extremely welcoming and professional throughout both procedures, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. His expertise and thoroughness were impressive, and I knew I was in good hands. He also explained everything in detail. The supporting staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. I highly recommend Dr Ali and the entire team at this dental practice for their exceptional care and service! Thank you very much!
Managed to get into this dentist after trying for 3 years I am absolutely over the moon with the service I get from these lovely friendly people I’m petrified of dentist and the dentist I have (can’t remember his name) was lovely and comforting me that I don’t have to have anything if I’m not confident with it brilliant service can’t thank them enough
