Bupa Dental Care Worcester - St Johns

I can’t recommend St. John’s Bupa Dental highly enough. After some difficult experiences with dental care in the past, Hygienist Sara and Dentist Asif have genuinely helped restore my faith. They were both kind, patient, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding, and the whole team was welcoming and supportive. Excellent staff, excellent care — I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience.

Lucy was amazing today, I was absolutely terrified of coming to the dentist for my hygienist appointment but Lucy explained everything so clearly and was very gentle and kind. Provided really clear instructions on after care and moving forward and explained what I needed to do. Thank you so much. I would highly advice anyone considering this dental practice and Dr Nigel Reynolds / Amanda Tipton to look elsewhere. Fortunately I've avoided £000s of treatment with them. Atrocious customer service, misleading terms on 0%APR, delays, absence of any communication, and the last straw was an almost 50% increase in cost of the final treatment from the first consultation, without any explanation or ability to justify it when challenged. Customer service is simple, things go wrong, accept responsibility and do something to put it right. Not this practice, just an apathetic apology "that I feel…

I feel privileged to have the services of the Dental Practice. The whole experience is great. From receptionists to practitioners there is a professional yet friendly air. I would like to praise Lucy (hygienist) for her care and simple explanations especially what the shorthand numbering system means concerning my teeth. Thank you.
