If you want to be hugely overcharged then use this dentist! I certainly won’t be using them again!

I can’t fault the service received here technically as it was perfectly good, staff friendly and helpful etc, but as a patient with limited budget hoping to get the few small improvements that I could afford done - as I had done 10 years or so before at the same dentist - I got the impression that carrying out less than a complete dental makeover, at more cost than was affordable for me without a loan, was of no interest to the dentist concerned. I went to this practice for a tooth repair. After a few months it fell to pieces & despite being under 1yr guarantee, when I phoned the surgery the reception told me that the dentist no longer worked there. This was a blatant lie, she is still working there. They then cancelled my appointment and refused to take my calls. They spoke to me in a way that was very upsetting and reneged on their contract to fix my tooth.
