Jason made the entire process virtually pain-free, which is something I genuinely appreciated. The fillings look absolutely amazing—almost indistinguishable from my natural teeth! Disgraceful service with a complete lack of empathy. I called up today at 9am attempting to book an urgent appointment as my 1 year old had a fall, bumped her front tooth and I feared an intrusion. The woman on reception resorted to responding "We're not taking any new NHS patients" followed by silence. A patient facing member of staff of a practice that offers NHS services (whose guidance states all practices must provide advice, pain relief or onward referral for urgent problems) could at least show a degree of emotional intelligence and support with finding an alternative, given the natu…

Jason has been fantastic he cured my fear of dentist , he is so understanding and honest , iv had a tooth out , a filling and a deep clean all done pain free 👍 he truly is wonderful and best dentist I have ever seen
