I had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. The dentist was gentle and very precise with the treatment, and explained everything clearly so I felt comfortable and reassured throughout. I really appreciated the care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this practice.
Another (regular) visit to see hygenist Louisa at the practice. Lovely caring atmosphere, and the ability for me to relax into the treatment - something which was not normal for me to do as before I regularly started seeing Louisa I knew I would be subjected to a certain amount of pain!! No pain with Louisa - so I can relax!
First apppintment as a new patient, and a great first impression. The reception gave a friendly and warm welcome and booking my next appointment was super easy. The clinic was bright and clean and a lovely Dentist, kept me informed of what they were looking at, the condition of my teeth, I have rebooked with no worries at all!!!
Fantastic service. I was able to get a same day appointment for a dental emergency. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The dentist who treated me was highly professional and did a great job while all the time making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. I will certainly be moving to them as my regular dentist.
