My son was told by this practice that he did not qualify for NHS funded braces and we were quickly taken to the private room where we told about our options for paying privately. Luckily my wife decided that we should seek a second opinion and we have subsequently been told by another practice that he does in fact qualify for NHS treatment. If you respond to my review then please clarify whether this practice makes more profit from privately funded braces than those funded by the NHS.
Excellent and friendly service throughout. My son is so pleased with his teeth after extractions and braces. A great service all round.
Fantastic service for the treatment of my son who had two ‘fang teeth’ protruding and an overbite. In just over 22 months he has had the braces removed and has the most gorgeous smile now. Couldn’t fault the staff on the level of care. Would highly recommend
Great practice, staff always friendly and helpful. Super efficient- never waiting long after arrival to be seen. The results have been amazing my daughter can’t stop smiling now.
