North Cambridgeshire Hospital

Recently had a pathology appointment and arrived early as I know how difficult it is to park. Having arrived at 7:20 for an 8:15 appointment I took advantage of the patients only parking at the lab. The car park gradually filled up and with the exception on one other car all the available spaces were taken by NHS staff in uniform and also the electric charging points were used for parking. Also the majority of disabled parking was used by staff. Is this really acceptable to the hospital management and fair to patients.?

Rang to see if I could drop by for a wrist x-ray (how lucky we are to have this service available in our area) and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, remembering the telephone conversation when I turned up to book myself in. All the staff I encountered were welcoming, knowledgeable and patient, even keeping me up to date when things were taking longer than normal. A hospital follow-up appointment was booked for me while I was there and a cheerful chat before I left. Thank you to you all for a pleasant experience.

First time at this hospital today in the Endoscopy unit - and every single member of staff was AMAZING. Couldn’t fault any of them. Especially Bev, most amazing team. Thank you!

I take my elderly parents regularly for blood tests here as its convenient. I've never had a problem booking them in online and there's always lots of times and dates available. The staff are polite, professional and caring. I would highly recommend this fabulous service. Use it or lose it.
