Generally a very nervous dental patient (my last cleaning was 6 years ago when I lived in another country!) but my cleaning today at Castleview went really smoothly. The hygienist Julie was exceptionally kind, understanding and gentle - she spent a lot of time answering my questions and it felt like my comfort was her primary focus. Excellent service from Aggie, Jane, Melaine, and Chloe... Due to a flight cancellation my appointment had to be resheduled and the staff at the Castleview Practice pull all the stops to accomodate me... Always welcomed with a genuine warm smile ... Aggie is very professional, gentle and amazing will travel miles just to be treated by her. The whole team are fantastic.
