The staff have been very welcoming, polite and caring. They have been particularly helpful and supportive with my little boy who was incredibly anxious about the dentist. They have really taken their time during appointments to help him feel safe and help dissipate his anxiety. Lovely team and would thoroughly recommend
What a marvellous outfit. Friendly, professional staff. I was dealt with most efficiently by the dentist and front of house team from the moment I stepped through the door. It made the whole experience pleasurable.
Went today for a hygienist appointment with Tim and dental checkup with Dr Shah. I have belonged to this practice for more than twenty years, joining originally when it was Gentle Dental run by the lovely Dr Brenda MacMillan. Tim is an excellent hygienist, listened really well to any concerns, asked useful questions and did not rush. He gave some very good advice, was patient and gentle and I would recommend him to anyone who might feel nervous about having their teeth cleaned. I recently had teeth whitening done at the practice and I’m extremely happy with the results. The practice has been very accommodating with scheduling appointments around my work schedule, and all the staff have been friendly and professional throughout. A special thanks to Dr Savan and Dr Yasmin for a great experience from start to finish.
