Bupa Dental Care Winchester, St Lawrence House

Many thanks to Steve and Paulina for such a warm welcome at the St Lawrence House practice. This was my first visit, following a friend's recommendation, and I arrived feeling more than a little apprehensive, as I needed a molar extraction. Steve Larcombe quickly put me at ease and proved to be worth his weight in gold. The extraction was quick, painless, and expertly handled. I was back at work in no time, wondering why I hadn’t made the move to St Lawrance months ago. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited today for the first time after joining the practice and had a genuinely 5-star experience. Mahdiya and Husanara did my clean and polish, and Preet and Paulina carried out my new patient appointment and check-up. I came away with really valuable information about my teeth and gum health that I’d never been told before. Everyone I met, including the receptionist (sorry didn’t get your name) was warm, friendly, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and pleasant. I’m really glad to be a patient at St Lawrence House and would highly recommend the practice.

I had such a positive experience at St Lawrence House Dental Practice while going for a filling. From the moment I sat down, Preet, the dentist, and Paulina, the nurse, made me feel completely at ease. They were calm and reassuring which made a usually nerve-wracking experience feel surprisingly relaxed. Their professionalism really stood out, but what impressed me most was how genuinely kind and attentive they both were throughout the procedure. I felt well looked after every step of the way. As an anxious patient I was very much understood and reassured throughout, I also felt very safe and able to relax in their capable hands.
