Brilliant team who are all kind and were very patient, brilliant care and communication would recommend to anyone :) I was scared to go before I went here. Had to have some teeth extracted, scale and polish and a filling and a really positive experience with all of this.
I had 2 teeth extracted and 2 fillings at the same appointment my dentist Maisie Hinds was absolutely amazing, made me feel safe , explained everything, highly professionally trained that's a given, I suffer from chronic post stress disorder, absent seizures, sickness and anxiety I let feeling relief and happy , 28hrs later .. I've had no pain, problems, and I'm healing well.
I was an NHS patient here for over 7 years. My last appointment with them included an xray and a booking for further work. When i was paying for the the appointment and xray the receptionist asked me to also pay for the next work in advance. I declined saying that i always pay my bill on completion of the work and there had never been a problem with that. She agreed. A couple of weeks later I received an email telling me that they couldnt treat me any more. When i enquired why i was told that i had missed appointments, I wouldnt follow the dentists advice and there were more deserving pati…
Never had any problems here until I had a toothache and rang to request an appointment ASAP.I was given an appointment 4 working days later (with a weekend in-between).I was called 2 hours before my appointment and asked to reschedule as the dentist had had lots of emergency appointments that day.I rearranged my own working day to facilitate this. My appointment lasted all of 5 mins as luckily the toothache had lessened and all I now had was an inflamed gum and not an infection. No treatment was given.
