Called for an emergency appointment this morning, not a registered patient but desperate! I am extremely nervous as a dental patient and they were amazing, they got me in almost immediately, put me at ease and didn’t make me feel silly for being such a nervous patient. For many years I’ve been petrified of the dentist. I went here a bit apprehensive due to the fact that it’s, well, it’s a dentist after all, but can I just say how super surprised I was to be treated with such an incredible service, kindness, friendly and of course the most gentle, empathetic and understanding dentist I’ve seen in my 40 years of dentist visits. To say that it is a pleasure going to the dentist would be an understatement in terms of my visits to Dolphin Dentalcare. This family business is so friendly, helpful and they go out of their way to make the dental experience relaxing and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and it really is like a visit to friends. I can't rate the practice highly enough.
