Excellent experience for my son at Wigan Orthodontist, with Paul, who guided us through the last 10 months with my son and his braces treatment plan. Nothing was too much trouble to explain to us, Paul was very patient and understanding. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. And the receptionists are very organised and polite. We are delighted with the end results. 👌🙂

Bad practice, never keep up with appointments-if cancelled by practice will offer one months later and then blame the patient for not attending. Often seeing someone different each time that either doesn’t know why you are attending or changes what the last nurse did. My advice-find a competent orthodontist who actually care about their patients and their experience.

a woman who calls herself the orthodontist was not only rude, but didn’t try and make it a decent experience for my son. she not only wouldn’t explain the things i asked about my sons teeth she also made it out i was asking the most stupid question ever!

The staff have been absolutely amazing since the start of my daughter’s treatment. Both Dr Johnson and all the therapists that she has seen have been professional and kind to my daughter and explain everything clearly so we are both aware of what’s happening. I would never consider treatment anywhere else other than Wigan Orthodontic Centre
