Market Street Dental Practice

My experience at this Dental Practice has been completely outstanding!! I have always been a nervous patient, however since finding a new Dentist (Matthew Hawkrigg) who puts you at ease and explains everything step by step to you, I am most definitely alot calmer. The difference with my self confidence and trust in my dentist has been completely transformed. From the friendly reception staff to having the treatment, without a doubt 5 star ⭐ rating from me. The photos say it all, this was achieved in 3 visits.

My dentist Daniel is great, very experienced and capable. The only reason it’s not five star is that he is always late, often half an hour. Sometimes I’m squeezing in the appointment between my own NHS clients so it gets super stressful when he is that late, often with no acknowledgement of this either. I’m changing dentists as a result as I simply don’t have time, but thanks Daniel for all your great work.

I had an emergency appointment today after ongoing dental pain for months. Compared to the many dentists I've visited for this pain, this is the first that's actually round the cause of my pain. I was given a mini root canal and antibiotic solution injected into my nerve. The dentist and the dental nurse were lovely, clearly very busy, but polite, patient, and explained everything to me. I'm very grateful for the way I have been treated after many negative experiences at different dentists. Thank you!
