My first appointment after finding a NHS practice after several years with availability. Very helpful receptionist. Dentist was professional and straight to the point. Checkup and X-rays completed. No further treatments and given a return in 9 months. Great to have a practise again.
He's class the dentist and his assistant is cool too. They will be missed when they go - might even follow them. Mum is lovely and the reception wench is helpful also. Boss little team, been going for years.
4 times they have cancelled my appointment then had the cheek to say "you havent seen anyone for a while", no, because you keep cancelling it! Eventually got through on the phone to make an appointments for a check up but the positive feeling for this dentist has gone. Used to be one of the best dentist in the area but I believe the original dentists have retired or moved on and sold up. I'll try to find a new dentist for the future as the confidence in this place has gone.
I absolutely loved the dentist Dr I seen today he was so patient and caring and gentle towards my very very very sensitive teeth and gums during my hygiene clean and he was really understanding and thoughtful, And the receptionist are always really smiley and happy and polite.
