very courteous reception staff - never have to wait long between booking in and seeing dentist. My dentist is shaila who is lovely - always polite and concerned with patient health. very gentle on procedure and quick. all round very content with practice.
Always a superb service from the staff from initial phone call booking absolutely no problem in getting a selected date very quickly. Reception staff always happy as are Technicians who greet you and take you in for your treatment dentist also always polite and explains any process to ensure that you have a full understanding of why you have attended. Top marks would certainly recommend.
My dentist Shaila & her nurses always provide excellent care, attention & info. I’ve been coming for over 10 years & always receive kind & gentle treatment during my visits. Highly recommend. The dentist & all staff are lovely 🤓
First time using this dentist as new to the area. Very clean and tidy staff were polite. Only criticism is I was charge £75 for a missed appointment which I never received a notification for. I called up to clarify my appointment for the Monday but to be told it was the afternoon the day before my call. My previous dentist would send out a reminder text.
