I've been with the surgery at Whitchurch for around 3 years . I can say the service has been nothing but excellent , I've suffered due to a previous experience when I was young however my fears have been severely reduced by the service I've received from advice in regards to maintain better oral health but also gow they don't judge you and help you understand they are just there to help you . Great dentist & lovely staff all around. Arrived 30 minutes early to appointment this week, was seen 10 minutes before my initial appointment time and left before this time! Receptionists are kind and helpful and dentist always gives good feedback and all are nice to chat to as well. Highly recommend this practice.
Rang for an emergency appointment and the practice has no dentists until 4th January. Dreadful. Will be moving practices in the new year as this place is a joke.
