After an appointment for a root canal today I just wanted to praise Havelock staff from reception through to treatment all was first class . Yesterday when I call the dentist in a lot of pain the lovely receptionist (who I think was Debbie I m not sure I apologise if it's wrong ) was very helpful and although she couldn't get me in she was able to organise a prescription very quickly and was very helpful. I was extremely anxious about this procedure today and special thanks to dental nurse Pam who was so lovely and reassuring checking on me all the way through the treatment making sure I wa…
The dentist and the dental nurse were brilliant for my treatment today. I felt in very safe hands with lots of reassurance and care taken. As a nervous patient I wouldn’t hesitate next time to come back for further treatments. Thank you.
Not my regular dentist as required emergency treatment while on holiday. However, as dentists go, what a great experience! Receptions were super friendly and helpful, and dentist Jon really put me at ease. Only wish I lived closer so I could make it my regular practice! Thank you all at Havelock for fixing me up so I can enjoy the rest of my stay! :-)
We have had excellent service from Havelock Dental Practice. The dental surgeon who treated us was friendly and thorough as was the hygienist who carried out follow up treatment. All staff, receptionists and dental nurses have been cheerful and professional.
