Usually not comfortable visiting the dentist. Today was different. Mark immediately made me feel welcome and put me at ease. He then conducted a very efficient and thorough examination. Best news ever, I needed no treatment. Throughout my appointment I felt well looked after. Everyone I came into contact with, receptionist, dental assistant and Mark my Dentist, contributed to making my visit as stress free and pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this practice. Best I've been to.
As always, a professional prompt service. I was welcomed with a friendly smile at reception and didn't have to wait long to be seen. My dentist Katarzyna Neal is knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. She always discusses treatment options where needed, ensuring I have all the information I need to make informed choices. I feel very lucky to have such great ream looking after my dental health.
I received a booking with only a week to wait for my overdue check up. I was sitting in their waiting room only 10 mins before I was called into their surgery, and warmly welcomed by the newly appointed and knowledgeable dentist and nurse. I received a very thorough check up, I also was given some great advice together with a schedule regarding repair's. I left with a shortish wait of 4wks, then back in for the 5 repairs. In conclusion, great service, polite staff and a memorable occasion. Thankyou.
I have always had a phobia of the dentist. When I first came to this dental practice, I was under another dentist, whom I really didn't like. Luckily for me, he left, so I was transferred over to my present dentist. I think I am truly blessed. Katarzyna greets you with her lovely smile; she always puts you at ease and explains fully. Thank you, Katarzyna and your team. Receptionists are always welcoming and very helpful. I'd give this dental practice 110 out of 100.
