I visited Adam today for a dental appointment and had an excellent experience. He was extremely professional and made the entire process comfortable from start to finish. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and how at ease he made me feel throughout the visit. Highly recommend!
Excellent service from the moment I entered until I left. Staff on reception very friendly and polite hygienist was excellent in explaining and delivering the service and I left feeling that I had been well looked after.
Simply the best! From the staff on reception through to the dental nurses and dentists, they are all kind, professional and go the extra mile. My husband is terrified of the dentist and Adam Baxter is the only dentist he will see. He has such a lovely disposition and instantly makes you feel at ease. They go above and beyond, fitting you in when you have an emergency and they even called to say my little girl had left her lip gloss there and they were worried she would miss it. From the ease of booking a visit, to going home feeling content and valued. I have nothing but high praise for the practice. The staff are helpful,caring and friendly. Easy parking and comfortable environment make for a pleasant experience. Surely going to the dentist shouldn't be this good. Well done and thank you all.
