I went for an emergency tooth removal through 111. To be honest I was extremely nervous as it was very broken and decayed. Also embarrassed as I hadn't been for years! I needn't of been, all the staff were super friendly and put me very much at ease. Matt and his nurse did an excellent job and talked me calmly through the procedure. I am now going private with no pressure at all from them! It was discussed with Matt depending if and what was needed after my first examination that they could prioritise in order to do treatment in urgency order to spread the cost if necessary. I called the emergency number and was referred here for my wisdom tooth extraction. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient, and the procedure itself was quick and completely painless. I truly couldn’t have asked for better care.
