Inspire Dental Southend

I have been attending this clinic for approx 44 years, I joined when the clinic was @ crowstone road. I think my clinician is amazing, Dr Panesar is friendly, caring, and just great at her job… I have always felt at ease and never felt worried about attending the dentist. I would highly recommend using this Dentist. I travel 30 miles to still see the same dentist, i have tried a local one and they didn't compare to Inspire……

Amazing practice and amazing staff. From start to finish I was at ease. I was welcomed by the lovely reception team. I was seen by Dr Karissa who was kind and reassuring through ought my entire appointment. After not visiting the dentist for some years, she was extremely thorough and explained each step of the process in detail. Thanks to Karissa and the team I am now informed about how I can maintain better oral hygiene. Thank you so much.

I really wanted to love this practice because the dentist themselves were excellent — calm, kind, and very helpful. Once I was actually in the chair, the clinical care was reassuring and professional. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the practice severely let the experience down. My initial check-up appointment was cancelled three times, including once with less than six hours’ notice. I also found it extremely difficult to get through on the phone and ultimately had to ask my partner to call on my behalf. My first visit to the practice. All the staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. I was seen at my appointed time and the dentist and assistant were very helpful and friendly. I did get a notice saying I had parked in a disabled bay in the car park but to be honest it was so dark you couldn’t see the sign on the floor maybe one on the back wall would have helped as I definitely wouldn’t have parked there.
