Family Dental Westcliff

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the treatment I had. The dentist was lovely however I feel the communication regarding the treatment was poor. Leaving me with treatment that I was unhappy with. I don’t think all options were explained clearly, and it was all very rushed. However I have been going to this dentist for many years and this is the first negetive experience I have had.

I was seen soon after i arrived at the surgery. I was very happy with the treatment the dentist gave me. He took his time and explained things to me. His assistant was very helpful to me. Look forward to going back next week.

Very impressed so far. Receptionists are really friendly. Dentist explains things clearly so you know what to expect with no surprises including the price. I would recommend them.

My experience at this practice has was disappointing and caused me significant pain and stress. I attended for a simple filling in June 2025, and the quality of the work was poor. The filling fell out and the area was infected. Previous fillings I did in 2016 in another dentist are still intact, but the one done here deteriorated. Communication from the dentist was consistently lacking. Despite repeatedly contacting the practice for updates about my referral, I was not provided with any information and was told each time that they had not heard back from the referral clinic.
