We've been very pleased since joining 5 years ago, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The dentist has been absolutely wonderful with our children- calm, patient and kind, which was very important to us. When we've needed to be seen quickly they've been very flexible and helpful.

NHS appointment. 3 minutes appointment for a checkup between me and my daughter. We had a 20 min slot between the two of us and the double appointment lasted three mimutes. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time. I took no reassurance that my teeth were properly checked. Also, made to feel unese for not being seen by the same dentist between two pregnancies. Either they want to provide NHS appointments or not. Highly innapropriate comments, rushed and unwelcoming service. Certainly not returning.

I had an emergency with a cracked tooth and the same on the other side. I was seen immediately, the staff is very professional, explains everything to you. I am happy with the experience. Also a hygienist. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the friendly staff.

Dentist is rude and condescending, wrote them an email didn’t even get a reply, dentist does not know how to handle people with anxiety, also says they will take you on nhs only if you fix all your teeth first privately with them and get a private cleaning with them .
