Westbury Downs Dental Care

I haven't been to a dentist in 10 years because of dodgy past experiences. The treatment I had here was excellent! Fatima and her assistant, Vicky, were fantastic, they really put me at ease! There was no pain or discomfort and the work was brilliant! The receptionist, Helen, was super friendly and helpful too! I highly recommend this place!

I really wanted to highlight how great Fatima and Charlotte were with my teen daughter today. She suffers with health anxiety and gets herself upset before even entering the room. Fatima was so kind and patient. She gave her a lovely pep talk, wiped her tears and adapted her way of working to make my daughter feel comfortable. Charlotte was equally great talking her through things and holding her hand through out reassuring her. That little bit of kindness and understanding will shape how she feels about going for a check up next time. Thankyou so much ladies.

All staff except Charlotte have unfortunately been nothing but patronising and rude to me, even after explaining about my neurodivergence and trauma. I was prescribed a mouth guard. When I turned up to receive my mouth guard, the dentist overshadowing the appointment had a massive go at the dentist prescribing me the guard because it would have done “more damage than good”. I had to sit there awkwardly whilst he shouted at this dentist. After that I have no trust in this practice to actually look after my teeth or go near my mouth. A big Thank you to South Cliff Dentist in Westbury . From my first enquiry from Helen on reception I was able to sign on to the NHs dentist . Due to MY dentist in Bath changing to Private I have not seen a dentist for 3 years . Although they are very busy at this time I managed to get an appointment with Fatima (dentist ) and Kerri . Yes I asked all there names so I could post A review 👍 I Needed a couple small Fillings which Fatima said she could do them straight away which I jumped at . So thank you all for your great response and also professional manor .
