James is a super gentle, kind dentist, takes his time and does not rush appointments, gives good practical and realistic advice and perspective, patient and good with children, involving older children in the consultation by asking questions and directing feedback to them, not just parents. Despite being nervous he makes me feel comfortable.

Very helpful staff on the desk. My dentist is great. Undergoing a current dental issue and the service is excellent here. I dont like going to the dentist after having a brace in the 1990s but they always make me feel at ease.

I absolutely dread having to go to the dentist, even just for a check up, but all the staff at Westbury Dental surgery from the lovely receptionist to the brilliant dentist make it a much better experience. This is the only dentist I have been able to keep up with my regular check ups, can’t praise them highly enough.

I needed a filling, which apparently went a bit deep. At my request I didn't have an injection. The procedure was completed without lots of pain. I'm more than satisfied.
