I had a wisdom tooth extraction today with Sophie and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring. Fantastic welcome and customer service from Rachel and Rosie. All the team are extremely friendly and accommodating whilst remaining professional at all times. Galya, is an amazing dentist and I trust her implicitly with the care and maintenance of my teeth. She is very gentle and makes sure she discusses all options available to me. My children actually really like going to see their dentist, Galya. They've overseen complex care with my eldest including extraction and realignment and a nasty infection with my younger daughter. My youngest also has ADHD and autism and had an extra gentle approach taken in his first few appointments to avoid any fear or resistance with his dental care. I haven’t long joined this practice and I cannot express how kind and helpful everyone has been. Through both dental and hygienist appointments, I’ve felt well looked after and received excellent care. But it is the staff in Reception who have truly made this the best choice, they make everyone welcome and hold together an excellent community.
