I would give 0 Stars if I could. This place is awful. The dentist woman is rude and very disrespectful. She was talking about a patients care with both receptionist on the front desk . I heard all the awful things they had to say about the patient and their care. Both receptionist are very happy to sit and talk about patients in a very nasty way behind the front desk in front of other patients. If you don't want your personal business talked about in front of others I would avoid this place. I've recently undergone private treatment at this dentist after having my braces removed. I have been a patient from childhood and I've never had a bad experience. After being referred by this dentist for my braces treatment and finally having them removed I underwent whitening and composite bonding and I am extremely impressed with the results. Dr Rabaab advised the best shape and colour for a natural look and insisted I was happy with them before leaving. Through the whole process my appointments have been arranged promptly. Terrible service and disorganisation! I've had a terrible experience with this dental practice. My tooth has been aching for months, and despite repeated visits, they haven't managed to give me a referral to the hospital. To make matters worse, after I had to reschedule an appointment, they cancelled me off their system! The disorganisation and lack of concern are shocking. Avoid this place if you want proper dental care.

Always kind and sensitive to my needs. Accommodating when I occasionally have to cancel an appointment. Receptionists are friendly and efficient. I have been with this practice for around 25 years and will not consider going elsewhere.
