Absolutely terrible service, had our 9am appointment cancelled 15 mins before, we live 35 mins away, dentist was going to be late in, went back at 10, dentist had rung in again, hoping to be in by 11 but no guarantee, if a one off event i wouldnt be bothered but this is the 3rd time out of 5 appointments. Time off work/school, fuel, car parking all costs ££ . Receptionist are lovely, they are trying their best with the information given to them by the dentists. I am also aware no NHS services as of April but i have not been informed by letter/email yet

They finally got another hygienist who was really good but my follow up was cancelled and they told me the only hygienist they have left is Christine who was the one who continually cancelled my appointments on the day with no notice. Terrible service which has forced me to find another practise. If you've been booked in with Christine I wouldnt even bother and just find yourself another practise to chose from as the one time I actually got s…

Absolute rip off – tried to register as a new patient and got told they are only taking on private patients (which will cost me £89 pcm) and that it would be three months before the first available appointment to have an assessment because they have to allocate NHS appointments. So I called 111 and was referred to them for an appointment via the NHS in just three days. Unfortunately, my appointment then only consisted of a 30 second look in my mouth, and being told to use salt water to rinse with. For that nugget of wisdom, I was charged £30. Rip-off merchants
