Absolutely outstanding. I called them for an emergency appointment following 111 advice, after previously having tried 2 other out of county dentist surgeries. It was immaculately clean, receptionist was wonderful and friendly. The dentist dealing with my problem was professional, polite and went beyond what I expected by taking the time to explain the procedure he decided I needed. Thankyou so much for fitting me in with short notice (less than 24 hours!) and also providing me with my desired outcome. 10/10 Brilliant!!! Not a single bad thing to say.
This was my first visit to Damira Dental Practice at Wells and I can honestly say it was a pleasure to be there. I was welcomed by reception and put at ease almost immediately. I was treated with respect throughout my whole visit, and to have such a wonderful and knowledgeable team looking after me was just perfect. I highly recommend this practice without hesitation. I would like to say how amazing this dental surgery was when I rang for an emergency appt earlier this week. I wasnt one of their patients but they were amazing. From the lovely receptionist to the dentist and nurse, they couldn’t have been kinder. Today I had to ring again for follow up advice and again they were reassuring and informative. I shall certainly be transferring my care there. Can’t recommend enough.
Just had my last lot of teeth out and currently have immediate dentures. Eric was and had been absolutely fantastic with me. Always friendly and chatty. As well as the nurse that has some tattooed, she is awesome and both make you feel at ease. I'm petrified of dentists but I pushed through it to get myself sorted. Definitely recommend damira dentist at wells next the sea
