I love my dentist! The receptionists are super friendly and helpful, and my dentist himself, Omar, is excellent. The dental nurses are lovely. I have had my teeth straightened and brightened using Invisalign and my teeth have been transformed. They are perfectly straight and using a little of the brightening agent are pearly white! Happy customer!

Numerous issues with this dentists, the latest being my dentist leaving and all his patients on Denplan being kicked off Denplan with less than 2 weeks notice. Denplan told me this, not the practice. I have emailed twice, been into the practice( was told I would get a call back-didn't). I am in credit with Denplan so by my calculations the practice owes me 2 appointments. This morning I received an email asking me to fill in my medical details ready for next weeks hygienist appointment( I mentioned my attempts to get clarification) and then 2 hours later. Avoiding at all cost people.I had a chip tooth. I came for a bridge repair and paid £300 for it. 4 days later I had an infection by the gum ,I had to have antibiotics, I had high fever and the repair came off after a week. I had to pay another £99 for an emergency appointment because my wedding is that weekend so I don’t want people to look at me with a chip tooth. Awful, it's not just that they are bad and very uncaring, it that you pay a huge amount for them to be bad and uncaring. Service is bad, all issues have to be raised via email and they take months to respond, if at all. Not all dentists are this bad, you owe it to yourself to keep looking as if you use mydentist you will be unhappy and much poorer.
