I have been asked in an email to do a review by this Dental surgery. I am an NHS patient and thankful that they accept NHS clients. The surgery is professionally run to a high standard and very efficient, the reception staff are always polite yet prompt as they are very busy. I have visited a handful of times over the last few years and must admit I suffer from very bad teeth with what's left. I have always been treated courteously by the medical staff but have had mixed outcomes. I was seen by Lois at the front desk, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was. She was incredibly kind and considerate, patiently explaining the registration process and offering plenty of helpful recommendations. She never hesitated to answer all of my questions and did so with calm professionalism. Lois truly represents Hook Lan Dental in the best way possible - the front desk is the first impression anyone gets, and she made mine exceptional. I just want to give Lois her flowers for the fantastic job she does!
My husband and I have been patients at Hook Lane Surgery for a number of years. I have always found the reception staff very friendly and efficient. My dentist that I see is lovely and always puts me at ease. I have very sensitive teeth and she is always so caring. I would definitely recommend Hook Lane Surgery.
My dental work has been carried out by Reece. He made me feel at ease, on every appointment i had. Explained everything he was doing and why. Very professional and understanding and very efficient . Definitely a 10/10 dentist, an asset to Hook Lane Dental Surgery. Good luck in the future Reece.
