Terrible customer service from Kelly/kayleigh on reception. Considering this is the first port of call for all clients and potential new clients you would think she would be able to handle a simple call. I appreciate, as she said repeatedly she doesn’t know the answer to ANY of my questions but did not make any attempt to find out or try and be helpful. I suggested she ask the dentist to which she retorted the dentist is away for the entire month and she doesn’t know the answer to my queries. I questioned the duration immediately. This is the kind of customer service you get at this Dentist. Appointment cancelled without reason. I asked why they didn't just rebook it automatically to save any further wait time, where I could call to say if that new date wasn't suitable. Their Response: "we don't do that as we don't know your availability". I've now got to wait almost 2 months after my original appointment date for a filling that is giving me tooth ache. The only alternative I've been given is go to a walk in centre... It's situations like this that impact NHS patients. Absolutely disgusting customer care.

I have been in this clinic last month for my wife's root canal. We are from Liverpool. DR Balachander Selvaraj is very friendly and he exactly found the problem instantly and he sorted out very professionally. He is the gem of the person who is very kind enough and very skilled and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is very clean and safe. Its easy to get the appointment here once you have registered.
