Appointment today with Kelly and the team for a check up and filling. As ever, the reception team were very welcoming and professional and the whole practice is always fresh, bright and hygienic. Once into the treatment room, any nerves or apprehension are quickly subdued by Kelly’s reassuring tones and step by step explanation of what she will be doing during your treatment aided by her lovely dental assistants. Durley dental practice is such a friendly environment. The reception team are so welcoming and put you at ease as soon as you enter the practice. I had my first checkup today with Dr Nazta and she is absolutely amazing and spoke me through the whole appointment and reassured me through it all. The dental nurse Brenda was so lovely and they worked so well together, I completely forgot I was at the dentist! I feel so comfortable here and without a doubt know I’ll be looked after at Durley. I look forward to my next appointment!
