I had Invisalign treatment at Elegance Dental and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. The practice is fantastic — appointments were always flexible and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Every member of staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes such a difference. Erica is a true perfectionist and that really shows in her work. I don’t enjoy going to the dentist and I’m quite anxious, made worse by having very sensitive teeth, but the whole team were so patient with me. Erica & the ladies at elegance dental have been amazing on my Invisalign journey! Super friendly but remaining professional always. Since an older teen Iv been paranoid about my bottom teeth as they went wonky after not wearing my retainer long enough, thanks to Invisalign they are all straight again. It’s been a quick and easy process, with a little feeling like a teething baby moments but the outcome was worth it. Thank you, I 100% recommend elegance dental x
Super happy with my treatment today. Mr Lam had been my dentist for most of my adult life so I was feeling a bit anxious about transfering to someone. However, Dr. Shah made me feel very comfortable and did a great job of fixing my ‘problem child’ tooth and I’m looking forward to seeing her again… I wonder how many people say that about seeing their dentist!
Erika and her team are the best! I am someone who is incredibly nervous of the dentist… Erika has taken her time to get to know me, and work with me so that now I can go to the dentist, receive treatment with support and care. Erika is calm and patient. They tailor things to make the experience personal. They really are the best team and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.
