Thoroughly recommend...you won't find a better dentist in Oxfordshire Astonishing good treatment and service, Spotless, clean,modern facilities
i had to wait 40 mins, and when i was done with my check up i was told i was perfectly fine. then the xray came through and ai had detected something wrong, i was told to believe who i like. much nicer facilities than the old place though, and very nice staff.
Staff are super helpful. New building and equipment. Minor improvements can be expected here and there but I can't rate them less than 5 stars. The dentist was attentive and the quality of work (filling) was superb, and they accommodated me arriving late and having to rush out. Top service
Guys you need to answer the phone / email. This needs to improve. Service here in terms of dentistry has always been fine for me however I had an appointment which I needed to cancel... I rang multiple times in the day. The ai bot could not find my records. On hold for an hour and never got through. I then filled out the online get in touch form. No response. I then emailed the practice. No response. And today I get an email talking about a charge for missing my appointment 🙃 are you serious!
